how many can you crank out? i got to where i can do sets of 12, and all progress immediately stalled out and doing even one more feels impossible even practicing them a few times a week for months probably need to get a weight belt or something

They say if you do something for 10,000 hours you become a master. Well I'm definitely a master of walking. I have a lot of walking expertise to share. For example lift with your thighs don't push off the ground with your calves. Unless you want to build big tree trunk calves, that's cool too.

Never heard of a simple lymph node excision be referred to as a surgery OP not seeing how this could be a big op unless part of cancer staging. Diagnosis?
