Oddly enough, I went to Wendy's last week and I noticed the drive thru menu had six or seven placards attached to it showing new/seasonal items and current deals. It was pretty chaotic to look at.

Around here they've only shown up in the last 5 years maybe (for the earliest adopters), some places got them in the past year or so and some places still dont have them (local dumpster burger king that is barely functional)
