had been getting horrible debilitating cramps in my thighs a couple hours after doing yardwork, seemingly regardless of quantity or effort involved. like i could be out there shoveling gravel for hours and be fine, or just carry a couple tree seedlings downhill and then get really messed up later eventually figured out that i just needed to start consistently doing leg stretches afterwards to loosen things up

it’s ok to feel conflicted about it all end of the day, echi was an extremely prolific poster so us locals have a lot more context and a lot of posts to dilute the weird ones. maybe we lost objectivity it is frustrating for some of us because he could have improved (and we tried to push him) but he was nothing if not an incredibly stubborn hedonist
