I suppose not every "salad" is fit for a sandwich; I will have tuna salad on a sandwich, egg salad sandwiches are common but I don't enjoy them personally, and potato salad while made similarly I don't know anyone who would put it on a sandwich A potato salad pizza however...

A great dumpling dip is lgm/soy sauce/black rice vinegar/bit of sugar - proportions being whatever tastes best to you

i discovered Laoganma when i randomly bought a jar of it off the little shelf of groceries that my go-to takeout place had, mostly because i liked the cut of that lady's jib. and also i had no idea what it actually was, i couldn't read the the label so i wanted to know. that was a few years before it started appearing in basic grocery stores. now i think it's hit the mainstream saturation point because there are like 5 different brands trying to break into the same space. Raw red onion is fine on pizza if you cook it with it on... Red onion and NOT canned mushroom and a random meat is one of my favorite types of pizzas I don't really like pizza that much anymore though. The chains suck and the local places are 20 minutes downtown with no parking
