earbuds are dead to me ever since they started using those awful silicon tips instead of perfectly comfortable foam. I'm sure I'll find out that foam tips cause cancer or whatever but I have never felt a comfortable pair of earbuds after the change.

Did Lindsey Ellis ever get over getting trolled about Avatar: The Last Airbender? I dont blame her for not poasting or anything, it's fine. My partner had borrowed her book from the library, and I was like, "Oh neat! It's cool seeing Transformers fanfic as a published library hardcover. It's cool seeing this in person. What a world!" not disparagingly at all! and she was halfway done with the book and all

Granted, you can also read contemporary analyses of primary texts, but there is value to having other breathing people competent in ideas to discuss them with. Granted, college isn't the only place for this, but it is A place for it
