Mr. Prokosch: Feb 14, 2012; Behold My Magnificence!

I did a Joja run and it was pretty great. Had the greenhouse by mid summer, movie theater by winter.

Since everything makes money in Stardew you can just do whatever you want and get the unlocks in the order you want.

I didn't finish the Community Center until year 10 (?) in my game. I don't want to tell people how to play their game but I don't like the min-maxing stuff. Seems antithetical to the (mostly) chill atmosphere of the game.

You do you fam but I'm curious about what your goals are year to year if not aiming at bundles and completing them. I usually hang up the game by the fourth or fifth year, with little left to do but maintenance.

I don't think you're supposed to finish it in year 1, most people ITT have it done by the first winter because they're on repeat playthroughs.

On the other hand, I've never had a playthrough get past, like, two and a half years. At that point I am plum out of things I feel like doing.

Make gold and have fun, mostly. Until relatively recently in my game I didn't bother to get my fishing skill up enough to get the fishing bundles or some of the other required items. I did it mostly because I was sick of not having access to the island or the Movie Theater.

If it�s set up properly you will see a command prompt open with some stuff go down anytime you open the game through steam. You don�t have to do anything if it�s set up right. You just drop mods in your mods folder

Yeah you just go to the bottom of the mountain lake and there�s a bridge right there. Not much to do there but it�s chill there�s a tree for wood and it�s the best spot to fish for one of the legendary fish in the spring

Write it on the back of your hand. Or just try to remember you have to go pick all the salmon berries for some reason; that's how I found it.

Loving the new deal in the quarry. There are boulders with black spots that give coal. And the next day, I found one of the swirly blue boulders there that gave me a prismatic shard.

Maybe it might help to use the launcher for smapi itself? Its called StardewModdingAPI.exe and its in the game directory. That's how I usually run it. It even allows you to run the game without starting Steam! You just won't get Steam achievements that way.

I just use the Stardrop mod manager, it works great, it ties into Nexusmods so you can install mods with like 2 clicks, it checks for mod updates and SMAPI updates, it's great.

10/10 would recommend

Fishing is weird in co-op. By default time doesn't pause, so you get a whole lot less done for your time. So if we remove the minigame, that fixes that, but then it's just a little too trivial.

My partner also can't do the minigame due to a disability, so we have to turn it off for her anyway. I wish the skip mods worked better for a mixed co-op of people who want it vs not.

Have you tried the instant catch option of CJB Cheats Menu? I wonder if it's personal only or affects everyone in MP
