I think even recently something horrible came out and everyone was shocked the band who proudly talked about being terrible people were, surprisingly, terrible. The lead singer who went by the moniker "Jimmy Urine" turned out to be a pedo. The bassist, Lyn-z is now married to Gerard Way. I saw MSI live at Nation in DC with Kill Hannah back in the day and it was a pretty wild show.

There's regular bassoons in the background of the image, too, and either an oboe or clarinet in the upper left. Judging by all the other instruments being double-reeded, I assume it's an oboe, but I can't tell.

It's a clarinet with the mouth piece removed. Oboes don't tend to be so flared at the base, and the top end isn't removable in a way that would leave a totally flat top like that. If it was an oboe, you'd see the dome shaped bit where the reed goes. There's tubas or euphoniums behind the bassoons so I assume this is just an instrument shop.
