It's great for attracting top talent who doesn't want to work in a bigoted hell hole, and it keeps the bigots from applying. E: full disclosure, when I I'm done with interviewing a white guy I do sigh and role my eyes theatrically and shout "fine, I guess we'll hire another CIS WHITE MALE BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER APPLICANTS" then I throw things and storm out. Can't get over the fact that instead of the attention-seeking owner of the site providing endearing pictures of himself (which shouldn't be too hard given his resources, despite his looks) to be adored by his fans, those fans themselves have to create what they would imagine a benevolent Elon Musk would look like via AI, like a loving father or somebody wishing them happy Easter. He can't even do that himself and relies on his goons to provide six-fingered depictions of this alternate reality where he shows some love and empathy or something. That's so sad and wrong.
