I have garlic bread once in a while and its aright but I don't share the love. Then again I'm not really into a lot of bread things like rolls, breadsticks, toast in general.

50bux Canadian is about the price of a handle of Titos. that's an efficient path to the shadow plane.

Ehhh even with all conversions accounted for that's like top-tier-vodka-Sobieski price. Surely that's Canada's tax structure making mystery jug vodka seem like a good deal.

Fairly sure the Costco Kirkland brand vodka is cheaper than this. Better too.

I'm too lazy to look up the actual values but there's a minimum price that you can sell alcohol for in Canada. Even buying 4L of beer is expensive.

Canada has a lot of wilderness so I assume plenty of illegal moonshine gets produced.
|
# ? Apr 7, 2024 10:22 |
|
You can produce moonshine in a suburban household also
|
# ? Apr 7, 2024 13:37 |
hell, you can get a distilling machine via Amazon, it just won't have the throughput of a proper moonshining operation.

Are there really tiers in vodka? I thought it was all just distilled potato juice.
|
# ? Apr 7, 2024 13:59 |

There are definitely tiers of vodka, but it's pretty irrelevant as vodka is something you add to something else to make it alcoholic, and not really something you drink by itself.

It It is a fun exercise because it is neutral spirit and water so all the best in class are $12usd or less for 750ml and everything that costs more is almost universally made bad on purpose so as to try and make it still taste like something after it goes into a glass with cocktail mix.
