It annoys me very much that they did the combinations linearly (LG-NG-CG-LN-TN-CN-LE-NE-CE) instead of across. Why is LN a combination of CG and TN, that makes no goddamn sense, it should be LG and LE!

Requiem for a dream didn't hit me as hard because the first few times I tried to watch it with friends it was on dvd and we never got past the middle so by the time I finally got all the way through start to finish on my own I'd seen that first half too many times to make the rest land with that impact. I guess my friends had seen it all the way through before me, probably why they couldn't finish it even on a group watch.
