Yeah, it's a Springer, it's the only breed of dog they ever get for whatever reason. He exists in one of four states: running around like a maniac, sleeping, being a 40lb lapdog whenever my uncle is sitting, or looking dejected because my uncle isn't sitting.

Update on Fondue & Vilma! I moved a couple days ago and the cats have taken to the new place quite well. Fondue wants to mostly stay in one place (on/under the bed) but Vilma has been her usual brave self and explored the new house. I have one of these laser cat toys. It took six weeks for them to become bored by/inured to it; at new record. https://www.touchoftrending.com/pro...%20group%20%231 (less than $30 on AZ) It's actually pretty clever: when plugged in (rather than battery-powered) it'll turn itself on at random & run, and them power down after 10-minutes. They do still play with it, occasionally - usually in the middle of the night. I can hear them running around.

I love Springers, I had one growing up and he was just the best boy. Give that dog lots of pets and tummy rubs.
