Edit: I didn't realize when I posted this that it's apparently $300 and considered a collectable now. I bought mine when it first came out.

I found and bought this for MSRP a few months ago online from a bookstore in LA("Skylight Books", although it's no longer in stock), and I've had similar luck with some Peanuts hardcover box sets that have been out of stock for a long time. Searching around by ISBN on independent local bookstores that have websites and offer shipping has historically worked out decently well for me - not 100% by any means but a lot better than I would have initially expected.

Lottie kind of has the feeling of a character who almost gets too big for the writer, if that makes sense. A character a writers stops being able to say no to.

Shauna was the star of Allison's 4 issue series, The Great British Bump-Off (although according to Allison he had originally planned the series to feature Lottie and Claire).

Allison has also said that he might do a series with Mildred, but so far nothing more than that.
