There is a new Talking Heads live album out for RSD. Half of the tracks have already been released on the 1982 live compilation album The Name Of This Band Is Talking Heads, but now the full performance has been released on a single album (well, 2xLP). Even though I love Stop Making Sense, I think I might enjoy these early live recordings even more. This performance in particular is just :chefkiss: imo

man I haven't listened to LTJ Bukem in a long time. So good.

at school I had a music scholarship and was playing a lot of jazz-funk in various bands in 1996. I was just getting into house music and I guess breaking away from what I was being taught. I remember getting hold of a copy of logical progression and playing it to bandmates and they were totally mystified, like this isn't even music, what are you subjecting us to. listening to it now it still sounds amazing.
