I see the main event was 34 goddamn minutes, was it a good 34 or a cringey padded out 34?

Months, at least, though. I know for a fact it's up on VK if you don't wanna pay and don't wanna wait. I haven't finished the main event yet but everything else on the card was worth the $19.99 to me personally. Worst match was the Naito and Tsuji v. House of Torture match due to combination of Naito giving no fucks and yer usual House of Torture hijinks. Everything else was 3 stars or higher and very enjoyable, with the Jeff Cobb v. Lance Archer, Shingo Takago v. Yuya Uemura, and Gave Kidd v. Eddie Kingston matches being very good.

Yeah, agreed - it was a really good show and although I'm annoyed at having to pay extra I don't regret it.

Mayu Iwatani vs. Sareee from All-Star Grand Queendom is up on NJPW World for those who haven't seen it yet. Definitely one of my favourite matches of the year so far and I'd strongly recommend checking it out.

AJ styles v Okada was run at the yokohama arena (where it famously bombed) in may. That said it's the first time the hw title has been bumped from the mainevent at dominion.. Now I think they knew this was a possibility from jump street. The Tokyo sports immediately floated the idea after the match got made and the poll kidani responded to really only had a handful of votes like 350. That's not to say they booked this on purpose so the bosj could mainevent. What I'm saying is much like the 2014 g1 they knew the outcome wasn't going to be popular so they kept the potential for something else to mainevent in their pockets.
