Yeah, there's a difference in legality and public opinion of someone as some genius artistic director when they're just taking everything wholesale. Also copyright on creative works is important specifically to protect artist and individuals from big companies just stealing their work. That's why a lot of composers get paid well for songs or get paid even better from lawsuits. The idea of the SK law letting companies enforce it in specific ways against others would be bad though. I'm always impressed at how.. slightly off their styling is. Like they're consistently willing to not do the prettiest/coolest/etc type thing and will do stuff that is slightly unsettling. This one has some obvious stuff, but you can see it in say puppet show and the scenes where they blackened harvey's teeth which is just subtle enough that you might not realize why it looks off (especially because later on in the video they're not).
