buy the cheap one and cut the hole yourself, it's only an old civic.... i think

thats good. you'll need an alignment if your car is pulling to one side when you're going straight ahead on a flat road, if not, dont worry about it unless you've just bought a second hand car that feels a bit weird or had an accident where the wheel may have been hit or suspension components may have been damaged
