I have a stressful job so I couldn't quit cold turkey, I got a vaporizer with the low end nicotine to get me through the rough spots.

Not a smoker myself but my brother quit by going the e-cig route so that might be a good way to wean yourself off of regular cigarettes at least. of course i think e-cigs are supposed to have a lot of nasty chemicals in them too so im not sure how much better it is. if you can just quit quit you should probably do that i guess
