Very well in fact. Obviously you add more tuna, 1 lbs per 1,000 ft above sea level should do it.

Big fan but I don't use that Tuna Helper stuff.

My typical tuna noodle casserole would be something like:

2 of the 12oz cans Tuna
2 cans of cream of mushroom
1 can of peas
spiral pasta
shredded monterey jack mixed in
some other cheese sprinkled on top with bread crumbs

Good lazy meal, good for leftovers and other than sodium in the cream of mushroom and perhaps the mercury in the tuna its healthy enough for an active person
