Look to your left. Look to your right. Only one of you is going to pass this course.
are they trying to kill us by instructing to use 4 tablespoons of butter? you do not need that much. you only need the amount you'd use for 3 pieces of toast. 4 tablespoons in insane, that's half a stick.

Some pro-tier tips coming your way OP.

Creamy alternatives:
- Buttermilk & butter (the tang really adds something)
- Milk & a dollop of sour cream
- Oat milk is also very creamy and good

Toppings:
- Can of baked beans (tomato sauce base is the best, but really any)
- Ketchup

Leftover KD:
- Great in a frying pan, crisp it up

If you’re putting in effort you’re defeating the point. Just make real mac & cheese in this case!

Missing hot dogs.
I've also known people who put tuna in there for a poor(er) man's tuna casserole.

:hfive:

A can of tuna adds a ton of lean protein.

Also I use about 1tbsp of butter. 4 is insane.

Agree, I also dab the hamburger patty of my McDonald's Big Mac with Cheese to remove excess fat, they really should use slightly leaner beef.
