I've been on a sunny side up kick lately. Perfectly cooked and not runny. I also like scrambled, but my foreign wife thinks it's a travesty to have cheese mixed in with the scramble as it cooks. How says you gbs? Oh, hard boiled as well.

If you like scrambled try frying some crumbled black pudding or haggis then adding the eggs and scrambling it together. It looks terrible but tastes fab

Pretty much any way other than raw is good in my book, poached, scrambled, omlettes, hard or soft boiled, etc. Usually in restaurants I get em sunny side up for something to dip the toast in, at home it's mostly scrambles with cheese and veggies.
