I don't think there's a Rex Tillerson thread so let's make one. At this point he's just saying stuff that sounds half-intelligent to other countries but the Trump Administration doesn't give a poo poo and he's probably on the way out. It's still kind of funny that this toothless Secretary of State gave up being the CEO of Exxon for this kind of treatment.

My favorite part was this week when the director of what used to be the State Dept think-tank wrote a lovely memo to Rex that basically said "we don't really care about human rights but it lets us beat up on Russia and China" and basically confirmed all the Russian/Chinese propaganda about that.
