Anything with St Germain's is usually good but you gotta be careful or it'll get too sweet and heavy. I had a St Germain drink in Chicago called a Peach Around and my coworkers still give me poo poo about it.

Grounded for Life Check it out: http://summitsips.com/2012/10/drink-of-the-week-grounded-for-life/ 2 oz Mazama (Crater Lake) Pepper Vodka .75 oz triple sec .75 oz simple syrup 1 oz lime juice 1 oz celery juice Shake over ice and strain into a glass with a salted rim. Genuinely one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted. If you can't get Crater Lake Pepper Vodka, you can easily make your own by tossing some hot peppers sliced lengthwise (remove seeds) into a bottle of normal vodka... or find another brand. I know it sounds girly but it's spicy, bitter, vegetal, and I like to cut back on the simple syrup or eliminate it entirely to keep it from being sweet.

snakebite with a stout, not a lager most cocktails just bury the burn of hard alcohol under sweet bullshit, and I never had the palate for whiskey, but a snakebite, gently caress me. it's all the good parts of beertaste and none of the bad. crisp yet earthy, and neither sour nor bitter. it's like if you just took beer as a concept in abstract, and subtracted everything pisslike
