Honourable warrior poet, but prone to passionate outrage. Definitely the most interesting "tough guy" character in a tv show

Even if it did have a little campy silliness, it never got painful and it brought it back towards the end kinda brilliantly. I think the show realized it could be silly and still be good, but it never captured it properly again, and it turned into the main cast trying to one-up each other with "witty" dialogue. I liked Jonas in season 6, but show turned into poo poo after that. I liked the 2 movies though.

Of all the really cool scifi on TV in the late 90s and very early 2000s SG-1 was the blandest. You could have been watching Lexx, Invisible Man. Farscape heck even the first few seasons of Andromeda wer- - - Sorry I've hit my character limit for nerding about garbage sci-fi.
