I never even owned a GameCube… but I did spend 100 dollars on a copy of Windwaker for my Wii and 50 for a Cubetroller a week before they announced Windwaker HD.

you can use that controller to play smash games. it's worse than a newer controller but if you played melee then you can do your moves on it 5% more reliably.
