Yeah, after DBZ finally finished they did an edited version that got rid of most of the anime filler and tightened up the actual plots. That's why if you're adapting a work you either wait until it's just about done, or you decide to make your own ending. Full Metal Alchemist did the latter and while it wasn't great it was still thematically relevant. Which is probably exactly what will happen with Game of Thrones.

I feel like most of the confusion about the Lannisters birth order, especially in the show, attend from Tyrion being Tywin's heir. It gets talked about a bunch, vs. the reason he's the heir never does. Or rather, Tywin says he's not his heir, blah blah blah who gives a poo poo, I already regret posting.

At least that is how I pictured them. The kids actions make lots more sense when viewed through a younger lens. Even Joffrey. Young teens can be real shits, and the whole concept of attaching actions to consequences doesn't happen for some people well into their early 20s. Like the neurons aren't even there yet. I just rewatched part of True Blood - and I don't know how old people were in the books, but Sookie makes a lot more sense as a 15 year old highschool drop out. Goddamn she is dumb.

Still the most jarring aspect in Bran's travel journal to me is that dumb as crap "You will never walk, but you will fly" tag line cause we eventually learn it's actually "You will never walk, but you will fly, which means you will warg into birds who fly but you would not actually be capable of physically flying yourself, in that regard you're also gonna walk a shitton, in fact you already do walk quite a bit when you warg into summer, and you're also gonna walk when you warg into hodor and possibly rape meera reed after having eaten her brother so... take everything I say with a grain of salt I guess?". It's really so stupid you expect Bran to lash out at Bloodraven for feeding him that load of garbage in the first place.
