Even if you believe the investigation and think Jake is scum, what is the point in trying to rush anyone into this? Is it not better to talk it out and hopefully actually have some information tomorrow if he does flip scum?
Plus the fact that it's lylo and maybe it's worth at least considering that the investigation could be fake.
