Le'Veon My Wayward Son here. Taco Explosion is one of my friends I invited.

I'm not quite sure I have the points to pull it off, but hey, anything's possible!

The scary thing is you only had 83% efficiency, with a potential score of 238.

Because of Gurley, of course. And that Cam Newton score, yeesh.

I feel funny because if I'd gotten into this week's playoffs and had therefore bothered to swap someone in for Doug Martin (probably Matthews or Juju) I'd have scored 154+ (Juju) and not made the cut, or 158+ with Matthews and made the cut. Crazy. (My team is Washington Gun-Takers if anyone cares).

The Irish can't drink. What you always have to remember with the Irish is they get mean. Virtually every Irish I've known gets mean when he drinks.
Bears for Packers is a friend of mine who is not on the forums. He was very confused when I congratulated him.

Greg Olsen put up 30+ on my bench, ugh!

Thanks again for that killer playoffs write up a few weeks back- so good.

Wow, can’t believe I managed to hold on for the ‘ship. What a fun league, would 100% sign up again next year. Thanks to TG3 who seems to pretty much be THE league winning player this season.

Despite whiffing on 4/6 of my early picks (Rodgers, Ajayi, GURLEY, Olsen, CAM, Eifert), managed to do OK in the middle rounds and hit on some late round gems (Alex Smith, Funchess, Robby Anderson, Burkhead) and stay active enough on waivers all season (Collins, Kroft, Westbrook) to cover for injuries and busts. I had an RB/TE heavy strategy in mind for the draft, but ended up hitting QB earlier than planned when some players fell (Rodgers, Cam, Smith) - which ended up saving my season once Rodgers went on IR. This league had some super fun in-season activity IMO.

Thanks again for organizing, Drunk Nerds!

Congrats! I'm going to look into doing this on another platform, for next year.

Soon, I'll pm you choices for your championship ring

This would be a good time to chime in and say thanks for running the Fish Bowl Drunk Nerds.

Even though I was one and done in the playoffs, I think I was fairly fortunate to get there, hitting on a few mid/low round picks that came good and having enough belief in the lack of Jeff Fisher to pick Jared Goff up. The slow draft and the deep level of picks meant that I put a lot more interest into fringe players this year than previous years, and that's probably added to the level of enjoyment throughout the season too.

I'd really like to play again next season if you find the time to run it.

I only made like 2 waiver moves all year cause of the terrible interface, so I’ll take making it to the final few over 48 teams as a success despite my team breaking down this week. Sign me up next year!

I had a blast with the format and will definitely be back next season if it's off MFL.

Thanks for putting this together!

Yeah, this was pretty great. If it happens again I'd be happy to play even if it is MFL. My favorite part was seeing how everything played out across divisions, the different drafts and different pickups. Like the $65 spread on Foles.

Finals week was my lowest score of the season I think

Thanks for running this Drunk Nerds. It was a neat deviation from my typical leagues and I would totally do it again.

Thanks. In other leagues I commission, I'm a lot more hands on about addressing problems and explaining how I decide that they resolve. But after having to back-and-forth with MFL over 4x as many issues as a usual league (because of 4x as many players), I threw up my hands about halfway through the season and decided it's the Wild West.

So, sorry if I didn't address an issue any of you had. That will be my main focus if we do this on another platform. I also want to see if I can think of a revenue stream that funnels money into some charity.
