The levers are going to be back in full effect in the summer anyway. La Liga cut Barca’s spending by about 25% so they’re back in the position where they’re going to have to sell a bunch of players to even register players they currently have under contract for next season. Xavi has been a miracle worker in Barca, yes this Barca side has talent but to win the league with such a young squad and such a thin squad was a great achievement. Also they got super unlucky in the PSG game with the red card. Araujo hosed up but they looked much better than PSG before the red and had a goal lead from previous tie.
