Years ago I played a funny flash "game" where you were a robot that was supposed to save the world but the game would make you spend like ten minutes setting up your character and then immediately kill you and make you start all over again. Any ideas what the title was? I think it was the robot's name and it was something like "______ Sammy" or "______ Wally"

I'm trying to remember this dumb flash cartoon site with a layout like an adventure game—it was posted in a GBS (?) thread around 2005. Your inventory was a talking toolbox that vomited your items all over the screen whenever you opened it. Somewhere there were two people endlessly saying "Yuh-huh!" "Nuh-uh!" back and forth to each other. One of the first items you picked up was some comically large object you pulled out of someone's rear end, and you located this guy on the map by sound—he was quietly groaning "owwwwwwwwww.... my arrrrrrrrrrse." I don't remember anything beyond this, probably because it was unfinished.

I'm trying to find a slightly obscure site that had someone's photo gallery of offbeat roadside stuff. I know it had a page on radon health mines, one of a grotto made of concrete, and some bowling ball gardens. I think it also had pics of a sketchy looking foot bridge over the Mississippi River and some neon hotel/motel signs. All in the Americana/road trip/50's vein.

Today I thought of a song on youtube which was made of other songs mixed together, the main one I remember is R Kelly going "Whoooooooooooooah" repeatedly. I think it might have been done by somebody who does lots of these kind of mixes where he mashes up parts of other songs. I think it might also have gotten faster towards the end/as it went on. I'm looking for a goofy, very poorly made dress shop website that I remember being discussed on SA at some point. It was an absolute assault on the eyes - truly heinous colors and graphics made in MS Paint circa 1995. It had tons of pages and very confusing navigation, with paranoid rants sprinkled in. My favorite was an MS Paint map with directions to the store, surrounded by helpful landmarks such as "SCARY OLD MINE". I think the store was a lady's name, and it was located in the south. I'm dying to see it again!

I don't know how long-lost it is, but I was thinking about something I heard on the radio several months ago (maybe a year or so, now). There was a guest on NPR who was being asked about the Higgs Boson, and the interviewer tasked him with succinctly explaining Higgs Boson as though he were speaking to a graduate student. Then the interviewer asked the guest to tone it down to an undergrad student. Then a high school student. Then an elementary student. Then a kindergartener. The guest totally did it, too. It was awesome to listen to. I haven't been able to find the interview (after a good deal of searching), but I still remember it and think about it every now and then. If anyone can magic this thing up I'd be incredibly grateful.

Back in LF, there was a Lets Play thread of what I think was a Paradox game. I remember it involved detailed maps and diplomacy and the narrator played as a Slavic nation/state. There was a gif of a Slavic dude playing an accordion with a very severe expression that was posted frequently. Any ideas?
