He forced quite a few tiny wormhole dweller corporations to move back to k-space because they ran out of ships. Does anyone know when we are getting a replacement for small POSs? That Forward Operating Base thing?

So how exactly is CCP going to handle POS tower and module reimbursement? I need to know for a friend, who might have literally just put up over 100 buy orders in multiple regions for all tower types with the express intention of collecting the reimbursement.
