At least it wasn't furburger The Tommy Bahama restaurant does a seared tuna burger that is legit. Ground Tuna patty, seared rare (the tuna is minced, making a proper burg patty). Incredibly flavorful and crunchy mushroom topping, little bit of greens of some ilk dressed in a light sesame sauce. Served with Taro Chips.
