We used to cable seal the dumbest poo poo at work, like people's bookbags in the rafters, that kind of thing. UPS had a rule for a long time that if a supervisor lost their clipboard/paperwork or couldn't produce it on demand you got in deep poo poo. So they might have one, but half of them are currently rotting into the back of a falling down warehouse in Chelyabinsk and may or may not work, and the other half never actually existed and are part of a mega yacht?
