According to SAclopedia the first 100,000 hours ban was Tortoise Camrhyne back on May 8, 2005. It would have run out in 2016 or so but they never came back.

I was just standing around outside and the parking ticket tricycle scooter guy came by and gave this brodozer a ticket for blocking the sidewalk. (You can see it in the door handle) The schadenfreude is of course on the guy who thought he could have a truck like that in San loving Francisco

It's not quite as bad as a driveway every 5 feet, and some of the streets let you park on them 24 hours a day, but in this neighborhood I sometimes have trouble finding parking for my 14-foot-long two-door econobubble. Garages usually go for an extra $300-500/mo on top of your rent, even if he could fit inside that one. He's gonna be hosed.
