Isn't a child pretending to be a cat or dog or other animal a perfectly normal thing for them to do? I liked to pretend I was a dog when my age was in the single digits. I also liked to pretend I was Batman and Spider-Man.

This same bullshit popped up like a month or so ago in american RW facebook, there was never an actual confirmed case of any of it happening. Yes, I should either drive my friends the four hours to their home and then drive back, or just say “gently caress it, I’m sure they’ll be fine” and not check in with them. Actually, those friends should come with me on the drive back to my house to make sure I’m okay. And then I need to go with them to their house, and either we will spend our entire lives pingponging back between our houses, or just give up and establish a commune at the two hour midpoint. Which would suck for their chickens, but at least Touré would be happy. I like Touré’s writing, but this take is weird as hell.
