Once the egg is begining to cook mix it with the rest of the rice. Add the soy sauce - Salt and peperr to taste. Actually color me shocked, that's supposed to be the Manchester Town Hall & Clock Tower For comparison here's Big Ben  Regardless though, the scale for the clock is a bit off and as pointed out at an angle which it shouldn't be. There's also no stone bridge nearby as far as I can tell from the reference picture at roughly the same POV that is shared in the poster.
