If someone is crowing over "freedom of speech", chances are they're A. a neo-nazi (aka "alt-right"), B. a member of the KKK, or C. (and this is the only group to support when they do it) the ACLU. Given the ACLU had nothing to do with this, it's likely A or B.

This guy may be stuck going to Liberty University or some other fundie college, anywhere else he goes he'll have to start all over!

I think free speech is great, and especially for these people. I mean how would you otherwise know they're nazis? They'd like have to shove people in ovens and poo poo just to get through everyday situations. Now they can just be like sieg heil and you be like oh you're a dipshit that's why, thank you I was just wondering if I should entrust you with this important business, but now I can see that's not going to work out at all will it, yes thank you really, disaster narrowly averted eh? So effective that.

I am hoping to see the eclipse totality tomorrow, but there is a 68% change of rain. I only live about an hour from the line of greatest totality so it won't be much of a hassle for me to get there, but there are plenty of people who have come from the other side of the world to see this...how mad are they going to be if it rains all day? I also work in ophthalmology so if it isn't cloudy I wonder how many patients we'll get with burned retinas.
