Also, while I'm thinking about it, the reason why Cody avoided Russo and Enzo is because he understands the North American indies are built on fan's goodwil(and to a certain degree UK holds true to this idea but Japan is buoyed by Superfans). Management probably doesn't understand that pro-tier gamers absolutely have all the cults of personality problems that tend to develop. Also all the New Day guys are considered "safe" by management so they get a little more leeway than some of their south florida hellions are allowed.
