I'm getting really atrocious performance on an overclocked 4670k and 1080, down to the low 20s-30s at points on ultra/1920x1080. Not sure what's up with that at all. I have the latest drivers and everything. It might not like shadowplay or something. The game also seems largely okay. The fact that you have to unlock the rocket launcher is making tanks ridiculously overpowered at the moment, and it seems like they don't ever respawn during the round, so the last tank standing has free reign to do whatever it wants. Footsteps also need to be way louder. I've never heard any enemies walking up behind me. Also, here's the first time I shot a tank canon: https://gfycat.com/BogusJadedHumpbackwhale

Notes from the front: - Cavalry class is amazing on and off the horse. Being able to self-heal and give ammo is too good. - It takes loving forever to rank up your classes, have fun grinding out to get the good equipment - Where does the artillery truck spawn? Haven't seen anyone using it yet - The flamethrower class is legit, but don't bother going for the AT guy, it takes 5 minutes to run back to the action after picking it up Game is still fun and good

I know where they are at, but I don't remember which points they correspond to. Anyway, they are pickups at different points on the map. There is a heavy weapon spawn (with damage reduction from bullets), a flamethrower, and a tank killer spawn someone can probably tell you the exact points tho.

Does the mouse wheel just make your view turn left or right for anyone else? I can't seem to get it to actually switch between my gear no matter what.

I remember Ravic/Blackmesatech complaining about this in the alpha. Said it was an issue already back in BF4. I have an issue with mapping 3p view to a mouse button in BF1. Worked fine in BF4.

The game will just lock up and not accept my inputs for a few seconds at a time. I hold W and move my mouse, it keeps moving forward after I let go of W and doesn't do the mouse movements until then.

It always seemed to be in response to being shot. Obviously didn't happen every time, but sometimes I'd get shot and the game would just hitch and not accept any inputs. I'd get 60-80 FPS otherwise, and suddenly all inputs are dropped during those locks.

Artillery is two shotting light tanks, cars explode in one hit. Just as long as no one figures out how to unlock the AT rocket and you stay away from infantry grenades you dominate.
