It's the rims. We have raced Miatas a billion times and when I looked at the replays the rims were as big as the tires. Hang on, let me find a favorite:  CLASSIC example. Look at the wheels. You see how the two cars both have white rims that display, only in the replays, bigger than the tires on the wheels. The rims clip into the ground. I've only ever seen this with Miatas in replays. Note, this doesn't always happen. We raced on Yaz and it looked fine. That was Laguna Seca. I'm sorry I can't remember who was driving the dickbutt car but it's certainly posted in this thread sometime after race date August 13th, 2014. GRC series 3. It's weird that it happens when we're using stock rim and tire sizes. I have to admit, I was not looking forward to the Formula E cars, but they were really fun to drive and the racing was a lot of fun tonight.

How odd, I've never seen that before. (Pics are still great, Miata racing owns) I just gave the new Fanatec xbone universal hub the first go, I'm not 100% on the Classic Sports rim and may return it and find a custom option alternative that'll bolt on (The diameter is perfect yet it feels a little thin in, uh, girth... compared to my actual car's) but the driving itself is incredible. The Thrustmaster was a great wheel but this is just miles ahead in terms of feeling like the real deal even with the thinner rim... it just feels a bit off on modern cars. If only the Porsche 918 RSR rim was Xbone compat because it's about perfect. And I haven't even yet moved the button placement around/figured out if you can put the paddles any closer to the wheel (I assume you can) or hosed around with any in-game settings, straight out of the box it feels like Forza again. I hardly need 6 at this rate.

Oh hi. I played Forza 6 a bunch of times at Gamescom. Was absolutely gorgeous. The Rio track is insane with so much poo poo going on. Cars seemed good, although I don't think they got the sounds quite right yet. What edition are you all buying?

What time does the second race usually get going? I'd like to get in on at least one big race before F5 becomes F6.  7pm PST is like that impossible right after work/catch up with the missus/eat dinner time. I can never break away for a few hours of dedicated racing until 9 or 10pm (PST). drat, I wish the Coast's time zones were reversed.  Still have a few more weeks to try. Side note - Anyone up for resurrecting the old hot lap challenges once 6 comes out?
