Apparently Calvin Johnson really really loves snowboarding. Which is pretty rad. Trey Benson is inspired by Forrest Gump when he hits the second level. Getting into lifting again actually made huge progress on improving my left shoulder stability. Prior to that, for the past several years I've had it weirdly "catch" when I extend or flex it. No more of that!

However I’m over 1000 lbs big three and that feels good. Losing 2 notches on your belt while not losing a lb but gaining weight it weird but good.
