It's a great scene but I don't know if michael clayton really got a good enough admission of guilt in the last scene to definitely sink tilda swinton, like it seems to want you to think. Our hopes for this to be a deadwood thread in 2023 failed utterly but surely in 2024 clayton posting will dominate

oh before this thread closes, did any of you happen to repost this anywhere? just curious I was going through my imgur uploads and happened to notice it has like 30 times as many views than most things I post itt. they normally top out around 300, this one was over... thirty times that much but imgur seems to have removed its analytics tools and google removed its link: search operator so it's kind of hard to see where something has been posted who took my mp4 who found my mp4 love terry p.s. it's from The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms. classic Ray Harryhausen. I would have given credit if I knew it was going to escape my silly little shitpost!!

I don't think this thread need to be rebooted just because it's a new year. And for another tale in the 'streaming sucks' category: I started watching St. Elsewhere on Hulu. I kept noticing that some of the stories weren't being resolved or characters were coming/going suddenly. I looked closer at the episodes on Hulu and it turns out they're missing quite a few episodes. That's pretty lovely for a show that's serialized. I actually had to pirate the show just so I can fill in these gaps. gently caress streaming. Physical media forever.

Another removed one has a TON of cameos from other TV shows, so it could be some weird rights issue. And since this is the RLM thread, I have to connect it to Star Trek. A young Alfre Woodard is good in this show. She has a great presence even this early in her career. Also David Morse's character is basically the Miles O'Brien of the show. I really think the DS9 writers were thinking this when writing the character. They share a similar physical appearance and they both constantly get poo poo on the entire series.

I wouldn’t even buy a friends box set anyways and even I’m disgusted!

I generally don't watch too many other movie review channels but this one. I did get a recommendation for one recently that is pretty drat good. He's younger and does a lot of breakdowns for movies that he saw when he was a kid (think 2006 era) and it gives an interesting look into why he liked the movies. He did all the transformers movies and those were good breakdowns IMO.
