I'm making a roles madness game, but I've never come up with a setup from scratch before. Is there anyone willing to give me some advice via PM and look over the final setup once its finished?

My advice is to make a counter to everything. Scum and town should be able to nullify each other's abilities. That said don't put all your eggs in one basket. If you make one super cool or super important role that dramatically alters the balance of your game that person will die before D2 without exception.

my advice is don't make a role madness game, especially as your first setup you've ever designed. even experienced designers have trouble making a role madness setup that's actually balanced and not just pointless random chaos. if you want to make a sensible setup there's tons of good advice to give for that, but if you want to madness then I have nothing for you but "good luck."

I had a dream where I was writing a mafia setup but all I can remember is that it had three town vigs, a four man scumteam, a player who can prevent all night kills in one night and a 3P player who is a roleblocker that only blocks kills and leaves the game victorious when he blocks a certain amount.

Going through ticketmaster for resale the prices are still up at $500+, which is lower than the $1k+ when Lin and co were still there, but still quite high.

It's because the kid gets bored fighting the figures together and has to escalate the challenge by having the amiibo fight his hand. And then even that gets boring so he introduces his second, crazier and even more threatening hand. It's an imagination and making stories with the limited tools you have thing, not a the toys are rising up thing.
