I'm surprised the Denver date is at the Marquis. I really dig that venue and have seen great concerts, but I would have expected them to play somewhere slightly bigger.

P3 is great, a worthy follow-up to P2 for sure. Interested to see if they'll ever go back and follow-up Alpha/Omega. It seemed like in that hour long making of P3 video on youtube that they were all pretty down on it.

New Every Time I Die single is out. http://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/rock/7487649/exclusive-lyric-video-every-time-i-die-c-love-will-get-you-killed The Billboard article is worth the read, but here's the direct link if you don't care to know the back story https://youtu.be/r-C-qELXL4U I remember Keith having to leave a tour to rush to the hospital, but hearing him talk about it more on Shane Told's podcast really drove home how scary it must have been. New Norma Jean is better than Wrongdoers, but its still pretty boring. Pretty disappointing, Meridional is one of my favorite albums ever.

I have never been able to get into Meridional at all, but I really like the new one. Redeemer and The Anti-Mother took a bit to grow on me but Wrongdoers and Polar Similar were immediate "Ok yeah I am into this."

Meridional and Redeemer > Everything besides The Anti Mother > The Anti Mother. Every time I listen to Wrongdoers I think "Hm this sure is a neat album I should listen to it more often" and then I don't. I get similar vibes from Polar Similar so far, though a couple moments have made me take notice more than usual. e: also this thing is streaming: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-2q1nJCj-0 Jesus Christ. The album dropped today officially. It's so nuts. The song "Counting Worms" is particularly sick https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BBZxC9-tJ2Q They're playing in NYC next week. I don't give half a gently caress about STYG (they suck) so I'm glad KL will be playing earlier so I can smash kids and leave. Also - I'm moving to LA in less than two weeks. Where are the good shows at over there?
