Falling inside an abandoned industrial chimney is my worst fear. I know a case of a skeleton found wedged in like that, which was found to be an area dad who disappeared a decade ago. Presumably that can't happen by accident unless you're too dumb to live and think you can just break into a closed factory like that or if you just want to die the worst possible way.
