Anyone need any weapons from the Infinity Weapon packs? I have lots and am willing to gear folks up. I also still have lots of T5 Infinity Ships if anyone needs any. It really only takes a willingness to log in and feed the meters for about 5-10 minutes every day. Then maybe spending an hour or something doing TFOs on a weekend or whenever you need to cash out some more marks. There's only a couple TFOs left that are actually a chore to do (outside of the ground ones, anyway) and all are pretty easily doable on Advanced for just about anyone.

Yeah, this game is really good for just logging in for ten minutes and doing your dailies. That's the whole way I'm able to afford poo poo like that crazy fed T6+ ship pack from a while back. I don't even do admiralty poo poo much any more, I just run contraband on a bunch of alts and churn money in the exchange to pay for more contraband once in a while. That and I pull down whatever the current event is on my main, which yields a lot of dill after you finish the event goal. If you absolutely have to have the best stuff today it's going to be frustrating as gently caress and push you towards spending money, but if you're chill with logging in for 10 minutes a day for six months with the occasional hour long day when you actually play you'll end up with good poo poo.

Hey, can you get the Vette instead of the science ship if you want this year and don't have it? I remember you used to be able to get previous year ships back at T5 summer winter, but they've changed a lot since then. E: oh man this year's pets are a Pride Kitty and Pride Tribble?

afaik the Vette was moved to the Phoenix prize pack, so good luck there. I almost didn't get the cruiser because I didn't do the rep grind, wound up having to do the event on 2 diff chars to finish it and get whatever was that years ship as it was the year they implemented "do it or lose it" for summer and winter event ships. Not horrible but annoying enough.

Your alts will need jetpacks too for this. Think you can do your main + 2 alts comfortably before the timer runs out. Maybe 3? Anyway its the best time ROI for reward tokens and since they're tradable you swap them over to your main using the account bank or maybe the mail system.

You can do any of half a dozen Risa activities to get event points, but you can only get points every 20 hours. It doesn't matter which captain you run it with: 1 point every 20 hours, 20 points required. The event points are only good for this one ship. You can't grind more tokens to save for next year any more, and you can't put tokens to old ships, because they're no longer available. Once you get 20 event points, any additional ones (still behind a 20 hour timegate, EXCEPT FOR THE FIRST ONE AFTER YOU COMPLETE THE SHIP) grants unrefined dil. It starts at 8k, and adds 1k unrefined dil per day. If you're really on the ball, that's probably ten or eleven days of super-easy dil. Playing Hot-Cold to find hidden artifacts seems like the most convenient way to get the daily tokens for the ship, since it's pretty quick and can be done at any time. Most of the other stuff only starts at specific times. It's also right next to one of the site-to-site transport stops.

Yeah, if all you care about is the ship token you can run that in your sleep while listening to youtube or something. edit: it's way faster than most of the featured TFOs. Like, all the TFOs bar maybe the red alerts that a competently geared team can brut force in 90 seconds.
