The judge decided to do it a bit different. He agreed with the anger management and driver improvement course that the DA recommended, but instead of the 10-4 curfew, the judge instead told Jon Jones that he can't drive without permission from his parole officer, and gave him another 60 hours of community service. He also basically told Jon that if he violates probation again, he'll probably go to jail.

I also think the 10-4 curfew is typical for a normal person with a job and weekly commute, but the judge probably recognized that he doesn't have a normal daily job and could get someone else to drive him, and recognized that he doesn't really need to drive. edit: Lorenzo needs to hire Jon Jones a driver for at least the month of April and tell Jon that he's forbidden from even asking his probation officer if he can drive until he's off probation.
