Yeah modo really needs macros. But most people are polite and don't make you go through with it. Esp on the beta where people just want to jam test games right now.

I'm guessing that auto-yields don't work because it's new objects every time, right? So it's like 5 clicks and two priority passes every iteration. Gross.

Anil Dasharez0ne posted:It seems like it would take even more clicks than Twin did, and that was pretty tedious already. Assuming both players f6, it seems to me like twin takes two clicks per iteration while copycat takes 3, so at least 1.5 times as long, so yeah.

If you F6 wouldn't you skip your pw ability?

I count 5 clicks: one to target saheeli, one to pass priority, one to select her, one to choose which ability to use, one to target the cat Twin with exarch was four: one to activate the ability, one to choose your mode, one to target the exarch, and one to pass priority. I think pestermite is the same number of clicks because you have to choose untap instead of choosing a mouse.

Fuzzy Mammal posted:I'm gonna enjoy this format I think. Anil Dasharez0ne posted:How long does it take to combo on MODO? In that situation, the Twin player can just tap their two lands and press F8. Then it'll auto pass priority when needed, so it's just right click Saheeli, click -2, target Cat, target Saheeli, choose "yes", repeat. Should take about 5 seconds per iteration if the opponent isn't intentionally wasting both players times. You can even drag the Stack window down towards the permanents to reduce the space you have to move the mouse across. Source: I played lots of Drake combo.

That's a bit suboptimal if you think your opponent might have a fog or other disruption they can play mid-combat, sadly. Can you hit f2 to say yes to optional abilities, or do you have to run the mouse all the way back to the left every time?

You can set it where "Y" is Yes and "N" is No, or whatever key you want to use. If this deck is as strong as it appears, you could also switch from F2 to letter keys and just have one hand on the mouse and your fingers on WASD, and have the priority pass button on A, the Yes on W, No on S, and whatever on D. MTGO is dumb and bad.

Just restart modo and log in again after literally every single match, because it's 2017 and we still can't fix memory leaks or something.
