it was too many shells, and I only used a half cup of the yella chedda. the sauce went down like: *melt stick butter med-high *whisk in 6 tbsp. flour till bubbles *add 4 cups milk and stir til bubbles and thickens (3-4 min bubblin) *remove from heat and stir in 4.5 cups cheese *add to shells and apples and stuff it's baking now :p e: and I can make a pasta salad tomorrow with the leftover shells! |
