I don't have an answer for this, but I'm friends with a Russian woman who was telling me yesterday she has nightmares about how her husband drives. The barrier to entry to driving in Russia doesn't seem to be very difficult. Her husband has spent the last few months in lessons and he apparently still sucks.

That was some primo poo poo, including one lady that was so committed to it that instead of reversing she just got out of her car, popped the hood and was like "oh, sorry, having car trouble here, you might as well just go around me" and the blocker was having none of it. Watching her get more and more pissed that he wasn't going to move so that she could continue to jump past was just

And that makes a lot of sense now upon re-watching. Poor thing, it's adorable but I think cat body language just isn't quite as intuitive to read for humans.
