Someone thought this was a good idea: Love and Rockets themed guitar if you are going to do a theme guitar, why not do a guitar-themed guitar? A guitar with pictures of guitars all over it? I have a Washburn Dime, and the Washburn logo on that one is way off, and mine doesn't have the dime at the top or the Dimebag Darrell signature edition written under Washburn.

I bought one several years ago because it was cheap, honestly just for wall decoration more than to play, but I can say that it does feel good to play, and I have several guitar playing friends who are more experienced than me who have all complimented it and tend to pull it off the wall over other guitars in my collection that are considered better instruments. One main downside is that it's kinda heavy and tends to neck dive without a decent strap. I can also say that the one pictured is likely a knockoff, because as I said in a previous post, the text is completely wrong. I love that you can isolate the fuzz or the octave effect. Finished populating the board but I can't do any wiring or testing because the parts I'm waiting for is more wire (my cat ruined the small bit of stranded wire I had left) and more power plugs.

Does anyone have songwriting tips? Most of my musical life has been noodling around, playing dumb songs, or learning new and weird chord voicings. But while loving around I stumbled across a chord progression I love, and I need to write a song around it. gently caress, Isbell (and his former band Drive-By Truckers, though he hasn't been a member for over half a decade) owns. Listen to the new Drive-By Truckers album, by the way, probably the best they've put out since The Dirty South.
